  1. Stand comfortably. Relax your shoulders. Breathe naturally.

  2. Visualise energy rising from the ground, entering at the base of your spine, flowing up through the centre of your body, and exiting the top of your head like a smooth, upward fountain.

  3. Now, visualise energy descending from above—entering the top of your head, flowing down through your spine, and exiting through your feet into the earth.

  4. Let both flows happen at the same time, moving in opposite directions without crossing. Don’t overthink it. Just imagine.

  5. Now, see both streams spilling over—the upward energy arcs over your head, the downward energy spills beneath your feet—forming two flowing fountains.

  6. Mentally merge the spray of both fountains into a full sphere of energy around you—a gently pulsing bubble that surrounds your entire body.

  7. As you breathe, anchor your awareness inside this sphere. Stay relaxed. You don’t need to force any sensations. Imagination alone is enough to begin.


Why It Works


You’re visualising a continuous loop of energy moving through and around you—balancing, cleansing, and reinforcing your energy field.


And here’s the kicker: by simply visualising this process, you’re engaging your brain in a conscious act of awareness. That awareness brings focus to something most people go their whole lives ignoring—their energy.
